Mykhailo Hrabovskyi is a Regional Director at Arsenal Insurance Company, one of Ukraine’s leading insurers, with nearly 19 years of experience in the industry and over 15 years in leadership roles.

He is responsible for a regional business with full P&L accountability, having scaled the portfolio from UAH 1.6M to over UAH 97M, and leading a team across sales and claims operations.

His work focuses on operational performance, business growth, and leading teams through complex and high-pressure environments.

Over the years, Mykhailo has been directly responsible for developing and managing operational processes within his region, and more recently — ensuring their continuity and adaptation under wartime conditions in Ukraine.

He is also a contributing author to Insurance Thought Leadership, where he writes about AI in insurance, operational resilience, and leadership in crisis environments.
