Iva Rogović Lekić, CEO of GrECo Specialty GmbH headquartered in Vienna, a company fully owned by the GrECo Group and exclusively focused on insurance and risk management solutions for specialized industries such as aviation, energy, construction, transportation and logistics, and financial institutions. She is responsible for specialty business in 21 countries in Central Eastern and SouthEastern Europe.
As a graduate air traffic engineer and a professional pilot, she successfully founded and led the first Croatian business aviation company, before moving into senior leadership roles in the insurance sector. Prior to joining GrECo, she served as President of the Management Board at Marsh McLennan Croatia, where she led the company through a period of a period of exceptional growth, quadrupling revenues between 2019 and 2024 and developed reinsurance as a core line of business. For her exceptional business accomplishments, Iva was awarded Manager of the Year Award 2023 by CROMA.
