Monika Paroboczy is Director of Motor Insurance & Strategic Initiatives at Crédit Agricole Ubezpieczenia and a member of the company’s Executive Committee.
She built and leads the company’s Motor Insurance business, with responsibility spanning product and business development, portfolio performance and the development of distribution across bancassurance, leasing and new external channels.
Her professional background combines banking and insurance. In banking, she was responsible for affluent and VIP customer segments, where customer experience and relationship quality played a particularly important role. Her career has since covered sales support, insurance product development and strategic projects, leading to her current responsibility for the Motor Insurance business.
She has worked for Crédit Agricole Ubezpieczenia, Société Générale Insurance, PKO Bank Polski and BNP Paribas. Today, working within the Crédit Agricole Group, she brings these experiences together by developing insurance business and partnerships across the Group’s ecosystem, bringing together insurance, banking and leasing.
She holds a degree in Finance, with a specialization in Banking & Insurance.
