Tatev Ghazaryan is a financial and insurance sector specialist with experience in strategic coordination and organizational development at the Armenian Motor Insurers’ Bureau. In her role, she coordinates the organization’s strategic development agenda, leads cross-functional initiatives, and contributes to strengthening institutional effectiveness, innovation, and stakeholder engagement within Armenia’s insurance ecosystem.
She has also been actively involved in driving digital transformation and innovation in the insurance sector, as one of the initiators and organizers of InsureTek 2026 Armenia, a platform aimed at advancing InsurTech development and cross-sector collaboration. Previously, she worked as a Financial Analyst at the Central Bank of Armenia, where she contributed to financial stability analysis, crisis management simulations, and financial sector research. Tatev holds a Master’s degree in Economics and Entrepreneurship Management from the Armenian State University of Economics and a Postgraduate Certificate in Microeconomics and Entrepreneurship Management. She is a member of the Armenian Women on Boards Network.
